“I like a school which can be attended by everybody. The school for us, who are handicapped, is gray and sad.” Slight cognitive difficulties, together with a form of dumbness make Fiorella not self-sufficient in her movements, and for this reason she was inactive for long time. Today Fiorella is happy because, thanks to a small support, she can attend a formation workshop. In her painting, the triangular figures in gray and blue represent the school. Inside her composition we can recognise some round shaped figures, coloured in warm tonalities: these are the handicapped friends that, breaking the chromatic monotony in the painting, bring liveliness and colour.
