Robert Jones comes from a difficult family. His parents were drugs
and alcoholic users, so he was often
brutally beaten by them. One day he was involved in a
teen-agers brawl. As a result, he reported a cranium trauma and,
following to that, a serious brain damage.
William was jailed in 1986 when he was just 21 charged of
a murder he committed to protect himself from a man’s assault.
could not afford good lawyers, so he had to be defended by attorneys
appointed by the Court who revealed themselves highly inexperienced
and unable to enhance his extenuating proofs.
So far all his appeals have been vain, so his execution has
been planned for next November 20th. A final chance is placed in the
Governor of Missouri, if he grants a pardon to him.
