Toward the Year 2000, Toward the Moratorium
The pages of this bulletin will be dedicated to world news and to significant and influential interventions which, regarding the death penalty and the initiatives of the campaign to abolish it, may be useful in following the developments of the situation during this particularly important year preceding the year 2000, the year in which we are asking for the moratorium.
