Holidays with the children of the School of Peace of San Salvador

Like every year, from 15 to 19 December (in this period in Salvador the school year is just concluded) the Community of Sant' Egidio has organized a vacation with the children of the School of Peace. A hundred children have been taking part, together with adolescents and university students.
These have been days of friendship and cheerfulness, marked also by moments of prayer with the children and the youngsters.
This vacation is a stage of that route of friendship and of training to live together, that, in the violent climate of many popular districts of San Salvador, is proposed, as a true alternative, by the Schools of the Peace.
