the Conference was held on December 15th and its title was: "Living Together: is the Debate on Integration in Line with Reality?".
The Conference was jointly organzed between the Oslo Center for Peace and Human Rights and Community of St. Egidio and it was prompted by the presentation of the book of Andrea Riccardi "Living Together"
It began with an opening address by the former Norvegian Prime Minister Kjell Magne Bondevik, who now chairs the Oslo Center.
The debate, that was held in front of a large audience and religious representatives of the country, was centered on the issue of coexistence between faiths and cultures in the European societies of today and of tomorrow.
