The two delegations discussed the point of the agenda adopted on 3rd November 2013, concerning “Humanitarian Issues”. The constructive atmosphere surrounding the talks was generated by the implementation of the “Measures of Mutual Trust” approved during the previous round of negotiations.
The parties agreed on the need to collaborate for a shared action in order to comfort the sufferance of the people, victim of the conflict in Casamance.
The parties approved a document concerning humanitarian issues.
