URGENT APPEAL to stop the execution of Dexter Johnson, which is set for 15 August. In May thousands of appeals saved his life

It is almost three months since 2nd May, when a large web mobilization stopped the execution of Dexter Johnson, a 31-year-old African-American man who had been sentenced to the death penalty for taking part in the killing of a woman and her partner, when he was 18. The young man, who suffers because of a mental deficit, was refused his appeal for mitigating circumstances related to his mental health. The execution date is set for 15 August.
