Sant’Egidio Nigeria in aid of the victims of the clashes between ethnic groups

There are more than 900 displaced persons currently living in a camp in Barkin-Ladi - a city of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the State of Plateau - due to clashes between pastors (Muslims) and farmers (often Christians). The Community of Sant'Egidio took immediate action by supplying food and aid equipment to the refugees hit by recent confrontation.
