His
story
Bryan is on death row since 1992, when he was accused of a murder aggravated by an alleged rape which was never proved for sure.
In a first appeal brought out two years after, his first lawyer pointed out 13 errors during his trial.
The test of the blood found on victim’s body, the DNA test and the fingerprints never made completely clear his guilt. The next lawyers did not defend him skilfully.
His execution is dreadfully set on May 18th 2005.
The appeal to save Bryan
The Community of Sant’Egidio invites everybody to share its appeal aiming to spare Bryan’s life from the execution, sending the following statement to the competent authorities of Texas by fax or e-mail.

Urgent appeal brought out by the
Community of Sant’Egidio
to save the life of Bryan Eric Wolfe,
sentenced to death
Your Excellency
I am writing to express my deep concern over a ruling that sentenced to death Mr. Bryan Eric Wolfe, even though his guilt had not been fully proved by clinical tests and his lawyers were not experienced.
I urge you to intervene on his behalf to prevent this cruel and inhuman punishment from being meted out against him.
I implore you to ensure that this cruel and inhuman sentence is not carried out.
Respectfully Yours
