has been staying on death row in Florida for 29 years, as he was
accused to have killed his wife, his parents-in law and another man
in his furniture store where he was working. He has always denied
the crime, saying they were all victims of an armed assault (he was
wounded too, remaining alive by a miracle). The DNA tests have been
recently carried out on him, confirming his version of the events.
Now his attorneys are trying to open again the lawsuit and a ruling
from the federal appeals court in the event of a new trial is waited.
