THE CONFERENCE OF WEST AND CENTRAL AFRICAN COMMUNITIES, WHICH GATHERED IN ABIDJAN WITH MARCO IMPAGLIAZZO, IS CONCLUDED

"Communities of people among people, communicating the Gospel in the city" is the theme of the four-day event

The congress of the Communities of Sant'Egidio of West and Central Africa, which is entitled "Communities of People among People, Communicating the Gospel in the City", ended today in Abidjan, after four days of assemblies and visits to the economic capital of Côte d'Ivoire.

The meeting was attended by 80 representatives from 12 countries, including the President of the Community, Marco Impagliazzo. In particular, the topic of the Resurrection of Africa was discussed, especially the idea of how to grow a movement of young people and adults that are committed to building peace and who are attentive to the urgent needs of the poor, by starting from the peripheries of the large cities.
