AID FROM SANT’EGIDIO ARRIVES IN THE PRISONS THAT ARE LOCATED IN THE NORTHERN PART OF CAMEROON

 In recent days, the Community of Sant'Egidio in Cameroon has organized food and blanket distributions in four prisons in the far north of Cameroon to alleviate the health and humanitarian crisis. These emergencies developed due to Covid-19 and promoted the release of 12 prisoners who were entitled to be freed, but, unfortunately, had been "forgotten" in jail for bureaucratic reasons.
