Thursday, June 2, the President of Slovenia, Danilo Türk, visited the Sant'Egidio Community.
He was greeted by Marco Impagliazzo and a delegation of the Community.
During the talk several topical issues were discussed and especially the difficult situation in Libya and Sudan.
President Türk wanted to share his views on important topics such as Europe's future and its mission in the world, immigration and aid to developing countries.
A profound harmony of views has occurred on the need to build in Europe a society of coexistence between different peoples, cultures and faiths.
